About ExperimentOps
ExperimentOps is a product-experimentation and decision-intelligence platform that manages the full experiment lifecycle -- define, configure, launch, monitor, analyze, decide, and document -- so product teams stop stitching that workflow together across analytics tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
Our mission
We want ExperimentOps to be the system a product organization can point to and say “this is every experiment we've ever run, why we ran it, what happened, and what we decided” -- not one of several places that partially knows. Turning experimentation from a fragmented analytics task into a structured engineering and decision-making workflow is the whole point of the product.
The problem we're solving
Experiment setup, metric definition, monitoring, and interpretation are typically fragmented across analytics platforms, spreadsheets, and dashboards. No single system owns the experiment end-to-end, so nobody has one place to see what's running, what was learned, or why a given call was made -- and decisions get made on reads that were never checked for statistical validity. ExperimentOps exists to give experimentation the same rigor and single source of truth that other engineering workflows already have.
Who we build for
ExperimentOps is built for early-stage software product teams already running digital product experiments -- A/B tests and feature rollouts with measured outcomes -- across fragmented tools today. One organization, four kinds of work on the same experiments: Product Managers defining hypotheses and making ship/kill/iterate calls, growth teams running high experiment volume, engineers integrating a stable assignment API, and data/analytics teams governing metric definitions and statistical methodology.
